Order Processing and Shipping FAQs

When will my order ship? 
Majority of orders will be processed 3-7 business days (excluding holidays) from the receipt of payment and will ship at the end of this period. 

How long will it take to receive my order after processing?
This will depend on the method of shipping selected at checkout. USPS Priority Express is guaranteed for 2 day delivery. Priority Mail is usually 2-3 business days. If you are offered FREE Shipping items are shipped via standard methods which take between 2-5 business days.

SLAY Couture strives to ensure customers receive their orders within 7 business days after the order is placed however sometimes events occur that are beyond our control. 

Delivery Exceptions include: international deliveries, shipment delays due to weather, restocking or acts of God. Our customers will be notified promptly should delays occur. 

How long does it take to process pre-ordered items after purchase? Pre-order items are processed between 5-21 business days from the day your order is placed. These times vary for different items and are included in product delivery descriptions. Please review before purchasing as we do not accept cancellations. Also, for pre-ordered items we will try to provide you estimated shipping times. 

 How long will it take to receive my pre-ordered item?

How long will it take to receive my custom order?   Custom Orders are made especially for you. Custom orders are processed immediately and we will be in contact regarding shipping timelines at the time of order. Generally custom orders ship within 14-21 business days. Be sure to make us aware of your event date and we will best accommodate.

What happens if my shipment is lost? Our system automatically generates shipping labels based on the information provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping information is provided at purchase. We provide tracking for all orders and if the package has been marked delivered we assume no responsibility for losses that may occur for reasons beyond our control (theft, customer provided wrong address, etc.) If this is the case, the customer will need to file a claim with the shipping service provider.

Does SLAY Couture provide delivery services?   Yes, Please note travel fees associated with local visits and deliveries are reimbursable and vary depending upon location. We delivery within 45 miles of Woodbridge, VA. **Please note our delivery services are temporarily suspended but local pickup is available**
